6 month's the charm!

Wow - I've hit half of a whole year. Time really flies!  I rounded out the summer by attending a few weddings with my parents.  They also insisted on putting me in a bathing suit on numerous occasions.  Luckily I enjoyed my pool experiences... most of the time.  Mommy and Daddy even enrolled me in a baby swim class at the YMCA.  My favorite thing to do there is chew on the rubber duckies they throw in there to distract us.  In the past couple of months, I've also gone up a couple of sizes.  Most of the comments I'm getting now are "wow! he's so big!"  I try to take this as a compliment.  Obviously people are referring to the fabulous muscles I use to throw things to the floor from my high chair.  Oh yes - I'm eating solids now - yum! I am also now sitting up on my own without toppling over!  I had to get some new clothes because of this growing older thing. Check them out!  I rang in the new year with a nifty new shirt and shoes from Uncle Kenny and Aunt Nina.  They recently left the country for many travels and adventures... but promised to bring me back a kimono and hopefully some toys. We took some photos during their last week here using Uncle Kenny's real camera.  Mommy was relieved because her iPhone has been in overdrive... I am just THAT photogenic!

Here is a video of me and Daddy at swim class at the Y. Take note of the chewing versus swimming. Michael Phelps has nothing on me...

This is me, my nanny, Sue, and her fabulous son, Dominic. I find Dominic absolutely hilarious!! He just cracks me up! and is possibly fueling a future obsession of mine with King Kong.

Here is a video of me and my girlfriend, Ava. She just loves my hair... I'm shy though. Or maybe I am just playing hard to get :)  Our mommies are already calling a Rabbi - it's clearly meant to be!

These are  just two short a videos of me just being cute. My parents like to videotape me doing random and nonsensical things.

Swimsuit photo #1. Why must I wear this ridiculous SPF hat?

Look at me - driving already... I told you I was advanced for my age!

Umm, mommy, do those things have milk?

Me and Ava in gym class. That's how we roll. (Literally :)

The very hungry caterpillar is clearly meant for eating. Aren't all books delicious?

This was one of my first social smiles.  I'm really thinking about sports, though... obviously...

This is me in my jumperoo, otherwise known in our household as the corporate jet... I just love jumping around in this thing. I am quite good at it.  Can't go wrong here... can, however, get overstimulated, but my parents think this is a good thing because it means that I may be ready for a nap afterwards :)

Me and Zayde on the dance floor. Cutting up a rug. Check out our smooth moves!

This was the first wedding I've ever been to.  I was a big hit.

OK so I wasn't REALLY reading - but I do like looking at the pictures and drooling over them! Doesn't everyone?

My cheeks are obviously delicious.

Bathing suit photo #2.  Why do I have to go in the water again?

Seriously? I'd rather be napping...

Another lovely summer wedding weekend. At least I don't have to dress up for this one. Don't my parents look smashing, though?

My first experience with baby food. Success!

So, Theo's out, Terry's out. You want me to be the next manager of the Red Sox? Sure!

I love my citi mini stroller... cruising in my jeep...

Gym class. A major workout. I'm absolutely pooped. Plus the colorful balls make me want to sleep.

Do these carrots have a hint of ginger? Or is that rosemary?

Me in my portable high chair. Who needs food when you can munch on toys?

This is my vintage look, Circa 1979. I'm wearing Daddy's old clothes... I'm so mature! check out the hot pants too... they are soooo Seventies.

Swim class. This one is indoors. I'm secretly not trying to look at the hot chick on my right but I think she's checking me out...

Bathing suit photo #3. Just me and my trunks. As for the dude in the yellow swim cap... er... I don't know him... I think I was adopted...

Shanah Tova!  Aren't yarmulkes supposed to be worn without clothes?

So when I'm in my corporate jet, I need to wear my aviator cap. We'll be landing in just a few minutes, folks.

See, I can sit up!  Very convenient when mommy desperately needs to brush her teeth and avoid being late for work.

OK, these people really have to stop taking me swimming.

Daddy and I match... isn't this a good look for us?

This is a PG-13 photo of me and my fabulous tush.  I like to admire myself... can't you tell that I have been working out? Buns of steel are not created overnight!

Another accidental color coordinated Bacow photo.  My Aunt Julie got me the onesie. It's a little tight because I'm already wearing 12mo clothes now.  The stores just can't keep up with this growth spurt that I've been having.

Bacow men are so handsome. It's in the genes.

Wow we are all smiling in this one, and at the same time!

Hanging out in the building's brand new playroom w/ the fam. Who needs the burbs?

If I don't sleep, nobody sleeps. That's a fact.  Thankfully I slept through the night when Saba and Safta slept over.

Aunt Nina is fascinated with my eyelashes. Heck, most people are!

Me and Saba. Bonding time in Central Park. Don't we look alike?

I love being in the center of attention and demonstrating my mad sitting up skills.

Oooohweee!  Apparently they can always get a smile out of me when they toss me into the air.  I may spit up after this, but for now I'm having too much fun :)

Me and my parents.  They decided to wear blue because I'm a boy.

OK I'm getting tired of this posing thing... but this came out well!

Yuck, mommy, do you really have to slobber all over my face? I thought that was my job! Oh alright, I love you too...
